We wanted to make ice cream like it used to be.

We dreamed of finding a way to create ice cream with only the finest fruit, high confectionary chocolates, selected nuts, honeys, coffees and top-quality sweet wines.   

We believed it possible to make ice cream that is creamier to the taste, and tastes as fresh as one just made in the workshop.  

We don’t care for ice cream with artificial colours, flavours or aromas. We select only the healthiest and most natural ingredients. 

And so we made the ice cream of the future.

We found that we could make a wide range of delicious sugar and fat-free, vegan and high-fibre ice creams for the health-conscious consumer. 

Half of our ice creams are rated Nutriscore A, and the rest are Nutriscore B and C.
